Acceptable Use Policy

Use the service lawfully and safely

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, exploitation, or material that endangers children. Do not send spam, phishing messages, malicious links, or malware. The service is not an emergency reporting channel; contact appropriate emergency services or responsible authorities when immediate safety is at risk.

Respect people and their information

Only access, upload, share, or publish information you are authorized to use. Respect consent, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, and your organization’s safeguarding rules. Do not expose private family, contact, financial, or health information through public pages or an audience that should not receive it. Collect only information relevant to the unit’s legitimate activities.

Protect accounts and systems

Don’t bypass access controls, try to reach other units’ records, take other people’s sign-in details, disrupt the Service, overload it with requests or use automation to get around limits. Don’t share your sign-in with others; each person should have their own account. If you think you’ve found a security problem, email the security address below. Test only with your own account and unit, and never access other people’s information or degrade the Service while doing so.

Reports and enforcement

Report misuse to the support email below and suspected security problems to the security email. Describe the concern without copying more private information than needed. We may remove content, restrict or suspend access, keep relevant records and respond to valid legal requests, as described in the Terms of Service. When we can, we’ll tell the unit owner before acting and give a chance to fix the problem.
